- A covered and closed furnished terrace
Equipment: Microwave, electric mini-oven, refrigerator with freezer part, electric kettle, coffee maker, gas hob, dishwasher, TV, barbecue.
Outside:
- 2 outdoor swimming pools (1 uncovered and 1 covered heated)
- 1 basketball court

This chalet is 5 minutes from the beaches by car, 3 kms.
The campsite is located in Guidel-Plages, just 15 minutes drive from the city of Lorient.
Rich in natural areas, this city has 17 km of coastline, including 5 km of sandy beaches. More generally, it is appreciated for its gentle lifestyle and its exceptional environment (countryside, sea and river).
The campsite offers rental of electric bikes, internet access, grocery store, stamps, postcards. You can also benefit in July-August from the sale of bread and pastries, the bar and a snack service.

To note:
- Bed linen and towels not provided - Possibility of rental:16 €/set of sheets or 19 €/set of duvet cover; kit of towels (2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat) : 20 €, or possibility to the unit.
- Wifi mini box rental: 39 €/week or 6 €/day
- Departure cleaning to be carried out by the tenant or possibility of booking a cleaning package: 60 €
- Early arrival/ late departure (by express agreement of the agency and according to possibilities): 20 €/h, with a maximum of 70 €
- Deposit: 300 €
