    The facility received payment for an accommodation that was not available at the preferred location and started offering suboptimal alternatives. Ended in a dingy room, probably a staff sleeping room. It's not a very good experience.

    What a terrible place. Sad that I can't give a zero. This is not a Hotel but a Bar.The reception is falling apart and the dust everywhere .I paid for 6 nights. When I arrived to check in i knew that I booked to the wrong place but I tried for one night and horrible experience.when I got to my room the bedsheet is dirty ,like has not been changed for days ,I asked the guy to change ,he said it will take 20mn but never come back ,the water is dirty i asked the receptionist to come and check, she said this water is normal. I order food, it comes after 1h and half .after 2 calls finally i received my food. There foodd is great to be honest but take forever to arrive. There is church next to them and they start praying loudly till 7 pm and there windows are not sound prove , i feel like they are inside my room. From 7pm till 5am in the morning the backside of the hotel ,the bar they were partying till the morning (5am).They said breakfast included ,they didn't provide . Wifi doesn't work at all. Horrible experience and waste of my time and money. If you want somewhere to relax and spend a peaceful night avoid this place even if free. summary of my experience 1. Terrible reception 2.not a hotel ,it's a bar 3. No wifi 4. No breakfast 5. No clean water and no hot water 6. It's not clean .dust everywhere

    The location is good, but aside from that, a whole lot of things need to be worked on. The room had some soldier ants moving around. There were no hotel toiletries; thank God we brought ours. No desk phone; the AC also wasn't really working. One of the staff also opened the door at some point while we were still inside, and he quickly shut it back as he saw someone was in. On going to meet him, he said he didn't know that anyone was in the room; he had come to fix a wardrobe. A minute into checking the wardrobe, he apologised and said it was the wrong room. I didn't even know what to say to him.

    We got there at midnight and it was pitch black. They had no diesel. We had to change hotels.
