Wenceslas Palace Stay

Posizione ottima. Proprietario super gentile e disponibile. Pulizia buona.

Abbiamo pagato per 4 persone ma non è decisamente adatto a questo numero di persone. Infatti intorno al tavolo c’erano 3 sedie e per la quarta non c’era proprio lo spazio. Le foto sono molto ingannevoli in merito alle dimensioni dell’alloggio. Vengono offerti molti servizi ma poi di fatto sono quasi (o molto difficilmente) utilizzabili. Piatti, tazze e posate, persino il sapone e la spugnetta per lavarle, peccato che ci sia solo il lavandino del bagno (anche piccolo) per lavarle. Il frigo ghiaccia tutto (anche abbassando la temperatura) e di fatto abbiamo dovuto buttare via molte cose. Nelle recensioni si parlava di cialde per il caffè ma noi abbiamo trovato solo la macchinetta.

Appartamento accogliente dotato di tutti i servizi, l’host Marek, é molto gentile ed é sempre disponibile, a qualsiasi ora, pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema, la struttura era dotata di tutto, perfino dei detersivi, c’erano anche delle bevande (caffè, the, ecc.) per la colazione. La posizione è ottima a 5minuti dalla fermata metro, comunque in 15 minuti si raggiunge a piedi piazza Venceslao. Ottima struttura per visitare il centro a piedi e allo stesso tempo anche le zone più decentrate con la metro.

Niente difetti, se proprio dovrei dare un consiglio, cambierei il portone d’ingresso dell’appartamento.

On the positive side, the location is good — it is close to the city center. Just a short walk and you are at the National Museum, and there are grocery stores nearby as well. The bathroom is also a plus; the owner provided toiletries and cleaning products, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

The neighbor next door significantly lowers the quality of the stay. I was surprised that someone was even living there, but the neighbor made himself known on the very first night — loud singing and doing laundry late into the night (the washing machine is placed in the hallway…). This greatly reduces the sense of safety, especially since the entrance door feels like a mere prop, not to mention the window next to the door, which gives the impression that someone could easily break in through it. The electrical outlets look outdated and also do not inspire a sense of comfort or safety when using them. The apartment is quite small, suitable for a maximum of two adults and possibly one child.
