Could be better.

The location was excellent.

The property is in need of updating and general maintenance done.to it. The main light doesn't work. Doors that either don't close or don't open. Public parking was extremely challenging .We found a spot 1 kilometre from the studio.

Location is perfect!

The location of the apartment is unbelievable great! 15min walk to station, 1min walk to Coast Tram station, 2min to the beach. Just around the corner is Carrefour Supermarket, great Take Away restaurants, bakery... The apartment has a good size, is very quiet and the bed is really comfy. The satellite TV has all international channels and the free WiFi is strong and fast. All over I recommend this place for a stay!

I think a little investment would be very positive. The cuttlery looks a bit worn, the silicon in the barhroom needs a change. Small little things, that don't cost much money but would make a big difference. Also, frequently touched surfaces like light switches, remote controls and door handels should not be dusty or sticky. This does not fit at all into our corona times.

Just one remark concerning the bed. You will need to change the mattress of the bed. We have had pain on our back. For the rest very nice place clean good wifi great location

Good for long or short stay

Location good connection to tram and bus near to shop, beach etc. Eateries are just down the street around the corner. Safe neighbourhood. The host is just a phone call away. You have sun in d morning keep it cooler in the evening. It is well cleaned. You can cock something for your own as well use micro or oven. Everything is there for it. Also towel's It's only first floor and can use elevator. We can really recommend this place.

For the ambulances it's d road to the hospital. Till late evening there is noise from street. The closing curtains is all or nothing. The light till the kitchen is less but you can use artificial light. Just to be complete because it's nice place.

La camera non è male, il bagno anche, anche tutte le cose fornite sono utili, l'armadio anche il tavolo le sedie il divanetto, è anche tutto bello e moderno. La host è stata sempre disponibile per messaggio ha risposto sempre subito

Il letto è troppo "Morbido", ci sono solo due coperte e i cuscini anche sono troppo morbidi, però per il prezzo ci sta.. Gli asciugamani purtroppo anche se ce ne sono tanti sono tutti piccoli quindi risultano scomodi se devi farti la doccia. Il pavimento scricchiola quindi la notte è un po' inquietante si sentono molti rumori, la posizione in generale non è troppo male però con il brutto tempo fare 20 minuti a piedi non è il massimo.

Très bel appartement, bien situé, très agréable. L'accès en autonomie permet d'arriver à l'heure voulue.

Le bruit de la ventilation de 7h du matin à minuit...juste insupportable !

Was rustig ! alles was zoals op de foto’s zeer proper en netjes !

Enigste minpuntje was dat er geen kookpotten aanwezig waren voor de rest alles oké

Leuke studio die wat aandacht en liefde nodig heeft

Op loopafstand van alles op zich een prima locatie.

Het bed was was doorgezakt en sliep dramatisch. Verder was het appartement verouderd, rook het heel muf en werd je s’ochtends al vroeg wakker door half-functionerende rolgordijnen. Hygiëne viel ook tegen.

De matras op het bed was slecht en in gezakt We hebben slecht geslapen En de studio was niet proper Zeker achter de TV Ik kan het weten ik ben poetsvrouw

Un studio très cosy

C'était mon 2e séjour depuis 2023. J'adore l'emplacement, le quartier de la koninginlaan est vraiment élégant. Le lit était confortable, la douche de la sdbain chaude .Les équipements pour cuisiner très bien pour 2 personnes (mais pas plus). Les radiateurs fonctionnent très bien

L'éclairage est insuffisant quand il fait mauvais malgré les belles fenêtres.. J'ai 1 peu galéré avec la box pour la clé ,à l'arrivée ( dans le texte de présentation...il faudrait préciser qu'il faut tirer vers le bas).

Aangenaam verblijf, voor een voordelige prijs, op een zeer goede locatie.

Zeer voordelige studio, in een aangename straat, op wandelafstand van het centrum en vlakbij het strand. Alles wat je nodig hebt in de onmiddellijke omgeving: supermarkt, bakker, slager, horeca...

De badkamer en zeker het keukentje hebben wat opfrissing/vernieuwing nodig, maar dat zie je op de foto's. Het mocht ietsje properder zijn.

L'emplacement vraiment exceptionnel, dans un très joli quartier (proche du lieu dit "Petit Paris). Plage, tram,restos,supermarchés..tout facle d'accès. Studio propre, lumineux, cosy,confortable
