Localizacao excelente dentro de costa del este. Predio com area de lazer e academia. Quartos amplos e cozinha que atende muito bem para familias. Ha dois restaurantes muito bons no térreo do edificio que facilita muito a vida.

A limpeza do apto pode melhorar. Mas em geral a roupa de cama e muito boa, os utensilios de cozinha sao poucos, mas suficientes para pequenas refeições.

Las vistas como la distribución, tenía de todo microondas Air Fryer, tostadora cafetera, echabas en falta nada de nada.

Room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The rooftop pool was a lovely respite at end of day. Location is quite close to many restaurants and shops but in a quiet, suburban-like neighbourhood. I would recommend despite the issues we had with AC (see below)

We had a hiccup on arrival - our three AC units in the apartment weren't working. Initially we thought they had just been turned on so room was warm, we left for 90 min and came back to same temperature. As it was 10pm we could not get anyone onsite to help (as this is an apartment building not a hotel). I was fortunate to contact someone thru the Corporate Stays host and they ended up moving us to a smaller unit for the night. The next day they could not get the AC working in the original room and so after 3pm they did move us to a new apartment with functioning AC. I still find it hard to believe that 3 AC units in original apartment were broken - it had to be a setting but no one could figure it out. Ultimately, it wasn't the greatest experience, moving rooms 3 times and waiting for a new room to be cleaned for us - but the staff onsite during the day and the Corporate Stay people (via the booking.com app) did their best to resolve the issue. This is the only reason I didn't give higher rating - would still recommend with the caveat...check your AC upon arrival!
