Lage war sehr gut - Nähe strassenbahn. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Sauber mit einer Ausnahme. Hat uns sehr gefallen.
4tes Stock, ohne Fahrstuhl. (Ältere Leute / gehbehinderte mit Koffer sollten es nicht machen). Badezimmer duschabfluss war vom suberkeit hmmm....verbesserungsfähig. sonnst alles super..

Najbardziej podobało mi się że obiekt miał dwie oddzielne sypialnie co się bardzo rzadko zdarza. Ładny duży apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. właścicielka bardzo bardzo życzliwa.

Bardzo wygodny i przestronny apartament. Idealny dla rodziny z dziećmi. W apartamencie wszystko, co potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania - od pralki, przez deskę i żelazko do prasowania po pełne wyposażenie kuchni. Kuchnia wyposażona ponad standard - kawa, mnogość herbat, przyprawy. Lokalizacja jak dla nas była rewelacyjna - blisko do Palmiarni, Starego ZOO, niedaleko do centrum. Ulica bardzo cicha, co sprzyja dobremu snu :) Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane, bardzo ładnie urządzone, a sam kontakt z Właścicielem - idealny! Bardzo polecamy!
