Dobra výchozí pozice pro výlety Velká zahrada Posezení v pergole s grillem Dvě koupelny
Měkké matrace Přítomnost majitelů druhé části domu Neoplocený celý pozemek Hned vedle silnice s velmi rychle jezdícími vozidly Absence sportovního vybavení - například balón nebo badminton (venkovní prostor k tomu přímo vybízel,ale bohužel jsme si vlastní vybavení nedovezli)

ochotné jednání pana ubytovatele vybavenost chalupy, výběh pro děti soukromí - měli jsme celou chalupu pro sebe (ideální pro pobyt rozšířené rodiny) dostupnost sjezdovek v okolí (zejména pro rodiny s dětmi) možnosti vyžití v širším okolí
chladněji ve společenské místnosti (nemožnost regulace topení) absence topení na WC neškodila by modernizace kuchyně (např. nefungovala trouba)
