Super ticha lokalita

Stepping into this homestay, I immediately felt at ease quiet, cozy, and surprisingly well-maintained. It’s about 20 minutes from the city center, but just a 3-minute walk to the Strašnická metro and bus stations, which makes getting around very easy. Roman, our host, was welcoming and friendly, explaining the property and giving helpful tips about local spots and Czech culture. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone traveling on a budget. The room was spacious and cozy. The TV is a bit outdated, but if you’re out exploring Prague all day, it’s hardly noticeable. The two beds are separate, but can be moved together for couples. Sleep was great — quiet nights and a comfortable mattress, ideal after a full day of sightseeing. The bathroom and bathtub are clean, and the shower works well. Toiletries are basic, and the bath/washroom is shared, but it was never an issue for us. Furniture and amenities were good, heaters worked perfectly, and Wi-Fi were reliable. Location is convenient — metro, trams, and buses all just a few minutes away. The area is quiet, with fewer restaurants nearby (about a 10-minute walk). Parking is available, and the shared kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, stove, fridge, and utensils — everything you need to cook or brew coffee. Four keys are needed to get to the room, which is straightforward and easy to manage. The price was slightly higher due to peak season (Dec 24–27), but overall it was reasonable for the value. I might stay here again, especially if you’re looking for a quiet, budget-friendly Prague stay with a welcoming host.

Nothing much that I felt.

Excellent location right near metro and tram, a large, warm, quiet and private room, clean facilities and kitchen, friendly and helpful host. Comfortable with vintage decor and relaxed vibe. Very secure. Will definitely be back next time we're in Prague.

Nothing to complain about - we would have liked to stay longer!
