Tudo ótimo. Atendimento do proprietário rapido e cortes, cafe da manhã muito bom, variado e sortido. Localização excelente, lugar calmo, seguro e perto de tudo a pé. Auarto do flat espaçoso e confortável para duas pessoas.
As cortinas nao eliminam a claridade, mas nada que me impeça de alugar novamente.

Da localização. Próximo da Paulista, de comércio e do aeroporto.
Falta de privacidade, as paredes são de drywall, sem nenhum isolamento acústico. O elevador também é ruim, lento e um único para uma estrutura de hotel, é inadmissível.

Café da manhã muito bom. Cortesia das garrafas de água. A localização é muito boa. Garagem/estacionamento disponível para veículos.
Camas ruins. Ar condicionado não estava gelando bem. Mofo no teto do banheiro e o banheiro alagava sempre que alguem usava o chuveiro.
