Although it is not a large area the apartment is very well structured, functional and clean. We were pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness, the hygiene kits (shampoo, soap, shower gel, etc.) the clean towels and linen. Located very close to the metro station
We were satisfied but if you want to make small improvements, the kitchen could be better equipped with small expenses (especially cutlery). I also recommend replacing the refrigerator with a new one.

It met our basic needs of a 2 bed/1 bath unit.
No air conditioning during an incredibly hot time of year. There were fans that helped a little but it was still pretty uncomfortable most of the time. I realize you can’t really help the neighborhood but there was a strong urine smell in the doorway of the building that could be smelled when the bedroom window above the doorway was open. Maybe whoever cleans the building can mop the doorway with cleanser or something because the smell got worse each day, especially with the heat.

The apartment is steps away from a subway station and a supermarket but it on a side road so it is very quiet. The kitchen is we'll equipped and there are a coffee machine and a kettle, that come very handy. The staff went out of its way to make our stay comfortable.
There is no heater in the common room and that lacune makes the room not very comfortable.
