Bluewave Paradise - Huge Deck Overlooking the Sea!

The location was great and it was a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of outdoor seating which made for a great place to have our morning coffee while listening to the sound of crashing waves. The house was clean and well decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the seating was comfortable. While there were not many restaurants nearby, there were some that were just a short drive away, or in Galveston, if you don't mind a longer drive. We had a bit of a storm during one of the days we were here and lost power, but the management company was very responsive, and they were aware of the widespread situation. We were fortunate enough to have mostly good weather, while Galveston a few miles East wasn't so lucky. If you want to stay in, the kitchen has everything you need.

The water pressure is a little lower than we would have liked, but at this point that's such a small issue, if you want to call it that at all. We did have a bit of an issue with the parking area collecting sediment due to the construction next door. Obviously it's outside of the property manager's control, but just wanted to bring awareness that it could be very difficult to keep your shoes clean until that's all done. We tried our best to keep that outside and clean up after ourselves.
