The apartment is great, and the view is stunning. Also, Giorgia (as far as I understood, the manager between the owner of the house and Novasol) was very helpful, she was answering to all our questions ASAP. It was really clean in the apartment and the backyard. The parking space for one car near the garage was also a plus for Ligurian narrow roads with few to none parking spots. We definitely recommend this place for a short rent!

First, Novasol doesn’t rent the property for Russians, and they don’t let the clients know about this issue until after one makes a reservation. We had to make an international call to Sweden to figure out what happened. Thus, we rented it from another account. Booking.com was super nice though and they “apologized” by giving us 50% of the reservation as a voucher. Second, we managed to find the info on Novasol’s website regarding extra expenses, such as water, electricity, wood for the fireplace, etc. However, we didn’t know that towels and bedsheets are extra too. In the end, we payed 40€ more than planned but, to be honest, the overall experience was pretty good, so we didn’t complain about it.

La vue était magnifique et la vaisselle est correcte. Au delà de 29 degrés la clim des chambres est un luxe obligatoire. La terrasse est très agréable et offre une vue incroyable. Le service de location de linge de lit et serviettes est appréciable.

Les fenêtres ne sont pas étanches et laisse rentrer la chaleur et le bruit extérieur. La literie est correcte pour des enfants et des personnes de corpulence standard au delà c’est un peu compliqué. Le stationnement du véhicule dans une pente et un panneau interdiction de stationner c’est pas top et pour rejoindre l’appartement il faut marcher sur la route étroite sans trottoir, niveau sécurité c’est pas top. Les 70 marches d’accès à la location sont compliqués par temps très chaud et lourd. Il serait bien de mettre une râpe à légumes pour pouvoir faire des crudités.
