The place is clean and well-maintained, with a very convenient location. Security is excellent, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. All required equipment and amenities are available, including toiletries and other essentials. Overall, a pleasant and well-equipped place. Highly recommended.

The apartment requires maintenance and proper cleanliness. Regulators of two fans were out of order. The AC remotes were not working. Basic utensils and crockery were missing. The rugs were dirty and require cleaning or replacement. A chair in the gallery required replacement. Floor and wall panels require repair. Some paint and wallpaper have to be redone.
A guest staying on the floor above was making too much noise in the middle of the night. Felt helpless without any means to contact staff at the reception.
