I liked that it was super close to Universal Studios and food spots around LA
The only critique I have is that there were no seasonings for food and the pots and pans were a little dirty so I had to wash them and there were no garbage bags for the trash can.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was so convenient, and having a dedicated parking spot made everything easy. Parking has been difficult at other places we’ve stayed, so we really appreciated it here.
The showers were warm, the beds were fluffy and comfortable, and the refrigerator was spacious. The washer and dryer were also easy to use. The owners were kind, quick to respond, and easy to reach. We’d definitely stay here again in a few months!

I really appreciate the host's responsiveness and the clarity of her communication. The site was clean and very safe with the underground parking. I like the 2-car parking availability.
I believe this is more the pin location placed by booking, according to the message I received. The location shows it is close to City Walk, which was the main reason why I booked this place. However, the unit was just a short drive from universal and NOT inside the city walk. The host send me a message to let me know about this situation and only gave me ONE hours to cancel after sharing the location, but since I work all day I was jot able to see it on time. So I ended stuck there.

Free parking. Everything worked such as switches, plumbing, TVs, remotes. AC was great. Dimmer switches. Plenty of space. Nice exhaust fan in downstairs bathroom.
The floors were filthy. There was a leftover beef/cheese snack under the bed from the last occupants and the room had an odor and we didn't know it was from that wrapper. The couch and rug has many stains. The glass table was dirty. Shower curtain is filthy and falling apart. Leftover used shampoo and conditioner. False advertising on the map location claiming 300 feet from universal studios. We had to take an Uber both ways every day costing us a total of an extra $80+ dollars.
