Parking issu was sorted.
The location is absolutely not on the place as indicated at the booking. 1540 N Bronson not in vicinity of Universal.
The parking is strictly forced, but the neighours did not obey it. The owner sorted it out, but it took a long time which was unpleasent after a long day at late night.

It’s was close to all the things we wanted to do during our trip.
There was a bit of a mess when we got there. Some dirty towels were left behind. There were also no coffee filters for the coffee making so we had to buy some ourselves.
