The location was perfect; right next to a station with access to most of Osaka, hardly even heard the local trains. The room was incredible: Very spacious, the bathroom was nice, the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and cookware, and plenty of room for 2-4 people. The room included extra linens, pillows, and even a floor mat if you have more than 2 guests. Contacting the property through Booking.com was easy and they are super helpful. The washing machine was also a nice touch, with included detergent. I've been to dozens of hotels, and this one is by far on the top of my list. I will definitely be booking Bon Osaka West next visit!
