The view towards the bay bridge and Coyt tower at sunrise were amazing, the host, Han, waited for us as we arrived late and let us in, and carried our luggage up the stairs. The condo sits between China town and little Itlay within waslking distance. At the bottom of a city park.
San Francisco was experiencing a heat wave during our stay, and there was no A/C that we could find. It was not terrible due to cross breeze and to the fact that we were not really in the condo very much. I did not like the climb up to the unit, it is located on a very steep street with a cul du sac, and very strict parking rules. The paid garage is 5 minutes walk away, but it is a steep uphill walk. If you are in decent shape and dont have heavy awkard luggage, you should be fine.

Host Han was amazing; he was very responsive and helpful with our bags and information about the area.
Amazing views of SF from the dining room. Great location.
Comfortably slept a family of four, with my husband and I in the master bedroom, one child in the small bedroom and one child on the sofa bed.
There aren’t curtains or blinds in the lounge or dining area (presumably because the view is so amazing!) However, in the lounge area, this meant that there weren’t curtains at night for when my child was sleeping. This wasn’t such an issue in winter but could be problematic in summer with an earlier sunrise. The faucets in the shower were a little temperamental and it was hard to get the shower to a comfortable temperature.

Nice views of the city.
Too steep terrain for comfortable arrival, too many steep steps for my mother. Small rooms with no comfortable living space. No onsite parking. We decided to depart and move to a hotel for night number 2.
