Very relaxing and beautiful grounds with a lovely sitting area as well as beautiful view from our room. It felt very genuine and traditional Japanese. We felt very welcomed. The dinner and breakfast were also very good and we enjoyed a bottle of champagne which was great!

The food focusing on local, in season items was both excellent and ample. The traditional wooden bath was a treat and the overall ambiance of this 150 year old house was worth the experience.

運よく落語会の日の利用となり、大変素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。
庭の桜が満開で、食事も美味しく、その点は大満足でした。
歴史ある貴重な建物の維持管理は大変でしょうが、これからも地域資源として守ってほしいと思います。
古い建物なので大変でしょうが、建物周りや庭などの手入れが…。
