Seashades 2BR 1 full and 1 half bathrooms Condo with pool Close to beach Sleeps 4

Everything about the condo was right for us. Huge fridge freezer, full cooker and every utensil you’d ever need. Katie made sure we had all we needed for a comfortable stay she even went to get gluten free foods for our arrival. The pool was great and just across from a lovely beach and close to several hotels with restaurants.

The condo is on the top floor which does have its benefits, there’s nobody making noise about you but if you have any infirmity it might not be for you.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Seashades Vervan Condominiumss ! Katie was a joy to work with as she was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of when I had any questions or concerns. The condo itself it’s located in a quiet and safe area near the beach and Saint Lawrence gap. The perfect location if you don’t want to be directly in the middle of the all the hustle and bustle. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Good host and location.

This is first time that all of suffered from so many mosquito bites, although the windows had net the main door didn't. Each time the door would open it would give mosquitos a chance to come in. Also the beds in both rooms had sharp corners/ edges that stick out at a height and multiple times we banged our legs into it. I know the place was clean but it didn't feel like it and that could be down to the decor (where the ac in main bedroon was leaking water - marks on the walls not repainted) as place felt cluttered (one cupboard in the bedroom was locked with the owners things) lack of storage for hanging clothes. In the main bedroom more things stored on top of the cupboards again making it feel like we just stayed in someone else's house whilst they were away. It didn't feel fresh or airy - only a small ac unit in kitchen which wasn't powerful enough to cool the living room. Sofa seems like it was broken but was covered with a cover so we couldn't see the real condition of it.
