Location and carpark. Easy walk to Arts Centre and gallery, Riverside market. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable.

We couldn’t get the oven going - clock was flashing and we didn’t know how to set it. Used microwave instead so didn’t seek assistance. Bigger saucepan for boiling pasta. The range hood/extractor above the stove didn’t work. Suggestion: full length mirror and hooks on inside bathroom doors to hang things.

Apartment was well laid out, clean and in a great location (being across the road from the Town Hall). It had everything we needed for a 2-night stay.

The parking instructions provided weren't clear - this could be very easily rectified if it was more specific in the welcome message from the property owner/manager.

Great Location, perfect for two couples as it is a 3 story apt which has living on the ground floor and level 1 & 2 each has bedroom and bath for each couples privacy.

Airbnb type accommodation not a hotel. Owner wasn’t flexible when our travel plans were affected by a land fire closing the highway we were travelling on. We changed our travel itinerary to get there but Apartment hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived at 330pm so we had to go out for a couple of hours - a bit gross & disrupted our evening plans. Major push back on compensation but at least situation was resolved by getting a cleaner there in 30 mins or so.
