De host is vriendelijk en reageert snel op vragen, wat het verblijf soepel maakt. De woning is zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. De locatie is sterk, met het station van de Central Line dichtbij. Het uitzicht vanaf de 31e verdieping is indrukwekkend en geeft extra waarde aan het verblijf.
Er waren weinig minpunten tijdens het verblijf. Voor sommige gasten kan de hoogte van de 31e verdieping even wennen zijn, vooral bij harde wind. Verder geen noemenswaardige klachten.

There is a concierge, similar to hotels. So keys collection is simple. The living room faces the main road but the rooms are quiet. It also has a balcony which is great...if the weather is good. There is also a pool table plus 2 bathrooms (one of them has a tub). As for devices, the kitchen has a dishwasher, oven. microwave and induction cooker. For clothes, there is washer + dryer.
NA - everything is good. If i really need to nitpick, the knife that was provided is blunt. No worrires, just need to sharpen this and it is all good.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux, vue magnifique sur la ville.
Personnel très accueillant.
A 5 minutes du métro (North Acton).
Arrêt de bus au pied de l immeuble.
Supermarchés à proximité.
Vraiment parfait !
Litterie très confortable !
Seul bémol les odeurs de canalisation dans l'appartement, malheureusement l'évier et le lavabo dans une des salle de bain étaient bouchés. Le plus gênant c était l'évier.
C'est le seul point négatif, qui m'empêche de mettre un 10. Autrement nous avons adoré ce logement et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

New modern apartment
Hob was not working notified them on the first evening straight away. Sent a video to there team they just ignored the issue.
Both beds had hairs in the linen.
Hairs on bathroom floor.
