We stayed at this 2-person apartment, which is located in a converted farmhouse where the owners also live. It features a completely separate entrance and offers a nice view over the fields. Host & Communication: The hosts were very friendly and available whenever we had questions. Communication went smoothly, both via messages beforehand and in person on-site. Bathroom (Ground Floor): The entire apartment was very clean. On the ground floor is a spacious, modern, and spotless bathroom. The shower fixtures were perfectly clean, and it features both a rain shower and a handheld showerhead, as well as Rituals hand soap. :) Additionally, the bathroom has nice design elements and includes a seating option. The property also includes a private parking space and a garden section. Living, Dining & Sleeping Area (First Floor): A typical, rather steep Dutch staircase leads up to the first floor, which combines the dining and sleeping area. The space is decorated in a modern, rustic country style with nice details. The entire area is air-conditioned, and the hosts had already turned it on before our arrival, so the room was nicely cooled when we checked in. The double bed was very comfortable and not too soft for us. By the bed, there are plenty of power outlets, including USB ports, and the nightstands feature small bird-shaped touch lamps. There is also space available to hang clothes. The sleeping area can be fully darkened for privacy, and the windows are equipped with fly screens if you want to enjoy the fresh breeze. There is a table with chairs and a sideboard serving as a small kitchenette, providing a dining area where you can easily prepare quick snacks, make sandwiches, or heat something up in the microwave. Alternatively, breakfast can also be booked as an option. The location is very convenient with good access to the highway; Rotterdam can be reached in about 30 minutes, and it also offers a good proximity to Delft, Breda, and The Hague.

Good to know: Upon checking our booking details, we realized we had overlooked the fact that there is no sink on the first floor. The hosts informed us that installing one wasn't possible, which means you cannot wash dishes or rinse fruit in the kitchenette yourself. For washing your hands, you need to use the bathroom on the ground floor. However, the hosts kindly take care of the dishes for you and will do them daily if needed whenever you leave them out.

Fantastic place! Perfect for a couple or a couple and 2 children. Well placed to visit several important cities and sightseeing nearby. Very lightly, calm, very clean and nicely decorated. Fully equipped B&B. Great owners always available to help and very quick to answer questions.

WC was in a different floor than the bedroom so less confortable during the nights. Great Bathroom installations
