Guter Preis, aber ein Haus mit vielen Abstrichen
Schöne ruhige Lage.
Fußbodenheizung hat 3 bis 4 Stunden gebraucht, um warm zu werden. Wenn man also nach den Ausflügen am Abend im Haus ankam, musste man erstmal im Kalten sitzen. Es gab nur eine mobile Heizung, die auch eine gewisse Zeit zum Aufwärmen des Zimmers benötigte. Zwei Zimmer konnte man auch nicht gleichzeitig beheizen. Die Dusche besteht lediglich aus einem Duschvorhang. Man steht dann einfach auf den kalten Bodenfliesen. Dazu kommt noch die extrem kleine Größe der Fläche zum Duschen. Gefühlt ca. 60 cm breit. Der Duschvorhang hat also immer von einer Seite an einem geklebt. Das warme Wasser hat nicht für zwei Personen gereicht. Bevor der Zweite duschen ging, musste man zuerst abwarten, bis das Wasser sich wieder aufgewärmt hat.
