Stunning 3-Bedroom Penthouse

Nice size appartment, small balcony, well equiped kitchen, local shop and eateries

On top floor, lift only went part way. Just a bit far from centre, more info on nearest metro stations would have been good. A/C not working in every room.

Flávia is an excellent host — always kind, welcoming, and available to help with anything needed. During our stay, I went through an unexpected and stressful situation, and she was incredibly supportive and genuinely willing to assist in any way she could, which I truly appreciated. We also experienced a small issue with the fridge not working properly, but Flávia handled it very thoughtfully by offering breakfast to all of us (4 people), which was a very kind gesture. Overall, her care and attentiveness made a real difference, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

One small downside is that there is no microwave available, which makes it a bit less convenient for preparing quick meals.

A lot of space, everything was clean, bed comfortable, host very friendly and helpful.

You need to wait a little for hot water to come out of the tap, afterwards its fine. It was cold, but host explained how to turn on heater and then it was fine.
