City Center Residence Pattaya

The location was good. quiet, near to restaurants, a few bars, 10 minute walk from Soi Buakhao

Reasonable interior, could do with refurbishing.

깔끔하고 어딜가도 100밧이면 충분히 갈 수 있는 위치였다는게 가장 좋아요.

The location was good, the swimming pool is good. Yui, who looks after the property was very helpful,

Where to start? It was dirty & hadn't been serviced properly prior to moving in. The furniture had stains all over it, there was a small rubbish bag that hadn't been disposed of. The two small Sofas, were tatty. The bed was really rickety, and felt like it was going to fall apart, really noisy if you moved in it. The tap in the bathroom was hardly running. The sink was blocked (although Yui did fix this). The TV in the living area had been removed (again Yui replaced this) There was no washing machine, although clearly advertised that there was one. There was No WiFi in the apartment (Again Yui got me connected via a neighbouring apartment) The shower had pieces of card stuck in the stem to keep the head in place. The lighting flickered when using the shower, and in the living area when first turned on. Overall it was a real disappointment, the worst place I've ever stayed anywhere in Thailand. Its not close to being up to the standards required.
