The room is very tidy and nice. The owner is very responsive and is very clear with instructions. He let us leave our stuff inside the condo early even before our check in time which is very convenient for my sister and parents.
The location is superb as very near to MOA.

There is a fridge, electric kettle, microwave, hot and cold bath, washing machine (though we did not use it), flat screen tv, working a/c, decent bed, balcony facing the pool area, and most of all responsive staff.
I also like how close it is to MOA.
Will surely book this place again.
I noticed that the top of the fridge is rusting, and the faucet in the bathroom is a little loose. However, this didn't affect our overall stay here at all. I will still give this place a 10.
