Good value for money and excellent location.

Staff very friendly and helpful and fixed problems promptly. Room big and very clean. Large comfy bed. Quiet (after I changed rooms).

I was first given a room next to noisy main road and off the reception, so I could hear the computer and phone and people coming and going. However, I was moved to another room when I said not happy. New room had window opening out to communal hallway so privacy not great if you want daylight but was fine as out all day. First morning no hot water for shower but this was fixed straight away. Staff very friendly and helpful with these issues.

Location only a short walk from central Oaxaca

The property is lovely, and the staff helpful and friendly.

There is a little traffic noise from the road outside which was noticeable but not hugely disruptive.

Great location, that’s about it

Great location. Lovely staff.

Booked a ‘suite’ but room was tiny with windows all blacked out so no view. The outside space that we were very much looking forward to using was all communal and right outside the room. This meant you couldn’t have the windows and doors open with any privacy. Very basic facilities, the most basic we had in our entire month travels. No tea, coffee, often not topped up with water, toilet rolls or towels. The ‘private access’ was communal.

Incredible hotel to start our honeymoon. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent staff. Incredibly helpful and accommodating in person and over text. Stunning view from top floor with comfortable seating area. Rooms are super well equipped, cozy, cute, and luxurious. Ideal location within a 5-10 minute walk to most sites.

No coffee on site — but there are great coffee shop snearby! Pools in common area and in rooms are not heated, and it's too cold out to enjoy. (These are totally not deal breakers. This hotel is INCREDIBLE. Stay here!)

Oaxaca is a great city for foodies. I would not stay at this place again however. Fine for students

Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful with recommendations on dining and where to find coffee before 8am ( there are very few and nothing before 7:30)

0 amenities.No breakfast available.No coffee on site. Clean, but only moderately comfortable. Photos were misleading. Room was described as large deluxe room. Bed was double maybe small queen. Very noisy street.

Sweet and Exceptional

My room, the Rosalia, on the top floor, was beautiful, was exactly as pictured, had an incredible panoramic view of the city, from its lovely terrace. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was wonderful and the robe provided was the perfect added touch. The vlimate control also worked wonderfully and cooled the room well. Fresh water was provided daily. I was afforded both privacy and exceptional sevice. The staff was extraordinarily helpful, gracious, professional and kind.

Amazing staff and excellent location

Loved the helpful staff and excellent location. Not too busy of an area but just a few blocks away from the center. Great view from the rooftop. FYI the pool is cool so perfect on a hot day. The staff helped us with everything from booking tours to finding the best options for places to eat etc.

A clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with genuinely kind staff

The location was perfect - super central with a great coffee shop right around the corner. The terrace was my favorite spot to start the day, and my room was spacious, spotless, and easy to settle into. The staff were warm and attentive, especially Fátima, who always had solid local tips and made me feel welcome.

My room didn’t have real windows, just one that opened to the hallway, which made it feel a bit closed off. The shower lacked a door so water splashed everywhere, and the pool was smaller than expected. It can get noisy at night, but that’s part of being right in the heart of Oaxaca.

Fabulous customer service and a beautiful hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are outstanding! They are very customer service focused and made sure we had everything we needed. Fatima at the front desk was there every day with suggestions for sights, restaurants or just checking that we had everything we needed. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.

Not all rooms have coffee makers and it would have been nice if they offered it in the lobby (even if we had to pay for it). The local coffee shops open only at 8 or 9am and while we enjoyed the mornings on the terrace, having coffee available would have made it perfect.

Great experience and would stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They made great recommendations on places to eat and things to see. I stayed on the third floor and the view from the patio was wonderful. The location was close to everything we wanted to see and there were restaurants, bars, shops, and convenience stores all within a short walk.

I found it a little strange at first that all the windows in the room are frosted so you can’t see out of them but thought it might have to do with keeping the room from getting too hot, and I could just open the doors instead and let the fresh air in. Only other note is I had trouble getting the front door to unlock but someone else I was traveling with seemed to master it.

Amazing staff, amazing stay

The property was cute, clean and had a balcony where you can see the mountains as well as the streets of Oaxaca! But most of all the staff was amazing!

The room we stayed in didn’t have a window but the ac worked well and it was a well lit room so I didn’t mind it at all!

Lugar cómodo, céntrico y con muy buena atención

En general todo está bien, el personal muy amable y el lugar agradable

En la habitación el sanitario no está cerrado por la parte de arriba y no tiene una ventilación ni el baño ni la habitación y la llave del grifo está suelta. La puerta de la habitación no se sella por lo que se escucha todo lo de afuera. y la regadera es un espacio de acceso directo, es decir no está junto con el sanitario por lo que al salir de la regadera sales directamente a la habitación.

Stedet lå godt placeret i byen.

Der var ikke udluftning på værelset hvilket betød at det var meget fugtigt og ikke rart på værelset. Derudover stod der at hotellet havde en pool, men dette var ikke tilfældet. Det var et meget lille iskoldt bassin og det var skuffende. Dernæst står der at en taxa fra hotellet til midtbyen koster 100 mexicanske pesos, men hotellet krævede 150.

Estancia muy agradable.

Las instalaciones son nuevas, la cama es muy cómoda. El personal es muy amable. La ubicación me pareció buena. Cercano a Santo Domingo.

La calle es algo ruidosa, no el alojamiento como tal, sino la calle en la que está ubicada es bastante transitada. La habitación no tiene ventana como tal. Tienen una especie de puerta que ese abre pero no queda alguna protección y no nos sentíamos tan cómodos de abrirla.

War ganz okay, Preis-Leistung-mässig gibt es aber definitiv bessere Optionen in der Stadt.

Das Zimmer hat nur ein holziges ‚Fenster‘ in den offenen Gang, um frische Luft rein zu lassen - was nicht so angenehm ist.
