Location
Long sign in process for biometrics and app download. Can't do much about this, but the main bedroom gets heated up with morning sun directly onto the glass door/window.

The apartment is modern and secure.
The location - it gets a bit noisy at night. On the Saturday night, there was a group of intoxicated people fighting on the road. The toilet in the ensuite bathroom was leaking.
