The location of the caravan on the site is great, right by the facilities. the site is on a steep hill so its a good spot. The location has some great woods running under the site which are worth exploring. Great blackberry picking. Wish i had not gone to Buck mills the first evening as it is a steep hill and lovely unique setting worth spending a few hours at the right time of day. Extra touches by the host were appreciated and the caravan itself clean and comfortable. Air fryer....love it! locally with 4 teenagers we visited the N.Devon wake place which was great. The slip and slide also was good for a short dash of adrenaline. Tintagel is a must but going early is a good idea. Visited West Ho beach which was good for everyone.
No specific parking spot, not an issue as parked down the bottom of hill, one caravan up away. There was always a space but I did worry a few times there might not be!

Great stay for new year
Loved the little touches like torch by door , tea coffee sugar milk and bottle of bubbly , very clean, everything was thought of .
The only thing I would say could of been better ( owners probably not responsible for this ) parking and steps up to van , bit of a drop from last one to floor ( we had our mum with us and she found it difficult) but as I said this is not a negative comment just a note.
