Apartment La Trave in Como city center

Old rustic charm, A to Z amenities provided, friendly owner or manager, clear instructions to access the property, awesome location right in the middle of Como City Center.

Need to carry luggage 2 flights of stairs but we loved the property so much that one can forget this one shortcoming.

Nice location, the instructions received were clear and made it easy to find the location for parking and the apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean and it has all the necessary equipment.

The mattresses are too soft which for us lead to a bit of back pain.

We loved our stay at La Trave. It’s a clean, modern and fairly spacious apartment in the centre of Como. It includes all the essential amenities you would need and the beds (including sofa bed) were very comfortable. The apartment location is perfect and everything (convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, high street shops, train & bus station, and the ferry terminal) are within a short walking distance. Although I didn’t get a chance to meet the host, Lorenzo in person, he was very easy to contact via a WhatsApp call or message. Getting to the apartment requires walking up 4 flight of stairs in the building. I had two large trolley bags and managed to transport them fine. The overall apartment features and location far outweigh the minor inconvenience of the stairs.

Great location..walk to shopping and restaurants. Short walk to train station and Lake Como. Good air conditioner, shower had strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Apt was modern and clean. Would stay there again!
