The accommodation lacked supplies and kitchen equipment to accommodate 8 people (4 chairs, a small table, cutlery, and towels only enough for the number of people; no vacuum cleaner for cleaning, we had to ask for a broom and dustpan for inside, and no doormat).
There was a lack of clear, written instructions for occupants (air conditioning operation, laundry facilities, garbage disposal, and general maintenance). There were also two cockroaches runing inside the accommodation (bedrooms).
