Parking sécurisé avec portail.
Propriétaire très réactif.
Marilyne qui gère l'appartement sur place est disponible et très gentille.
La grande terrasse. L'équipement ( machine a laver clim etc )
Appartement au rez-de-chaussée ( pas d'escalier)
Changer les poêles de cuisson.

Logement spacieux, bien équipé, propre dans une résidence très calme. Le petit cadeau d'accueil de l'hôte était parfait.
La literie serait à changer dans la chambre lit double.

Bonne literie et propreté générale
Le seul point négatif (qui devrait être résolu rapidement) une odeur de canalisations dans l’appartement
