Schlüsselübergabe findet persönlich statt. Sehr netter Kontakt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Für mein Motorrad war eine Garage vorhanden. Ich würde hier wieder übernachten.
Es gibt kleinere Mängel, und das Treppenhaus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist für mich aber vernachlässigbar.

Отличная квартира, уютная, современная, читсая и комфортная. Находится в центре города. Было все, что нужно для комфортного пребывания. Приятный хозяин. Всегда был на связи, оставил нам угощения. Всем очень рекомендую останавливаться здесь.

Чистая и уютная квартира, полностью соответствует фотографиям.Было все для комфортного проживания. Оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина,пылесос, утюг, фен,Smart TV.А самое главное - это было тепло,в квартире есть отопление, в ванной полотенцесушитель. Единственный нюанс, расположение на горе, но в целом не критично. Район спокойный и тихий. Пешая доступность до центра, недалеко есть центральный рынок. Так же имеется гараж, если вы на машине. Хозяин отзывчивый,всегда на связи.
