Very nice welcome from Matteo. The apartment is really beautiful and nicely equipped, everything you might need is available. Ask if you can rent a parking place in the building like we did, otherwise be ready to walk and carry your luggage a long way Now, it's a question of personal taste, porto Rico is full of (ugly) buildings and foreigners, nothing similar to what you can enjoy in the canarian mountains.

Matteo is absolutely the perfect host. He treats you like a friend and he really goes beyond to exceed your expectations, the property is spotless clean, beds comfortable and he will provide you with everything you need. From beach towels to sun umbrella, to complimentary food, extra shower towels, everything you need to cook and even spices, salt and olive oil, honey sugar coffe etc.. it’s really hard to find an host like this. He was available 24h like a private service, he was happy also so send a list of recommendation and took time to answer in details to any request even beyond the booking.Absolutely recommended, we will be back. BTW it’s probably the cleanest flat I stayed on holidays.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, truly outstanding and thoughtfully prepared with everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The highlight was definitely the fantastic jacuzzi on the terrace – such a luxurious touch! The host was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. The location is excellent, with everything conveniently nearby, and the on-site swimming pool was a wonderful bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a bit of luxury.

Мы не первый раз на Гран Канарии, но это, пожалуй, наиболее комфортное место для длительного пребывания. Оснащение апартаментов превзошли наши ожидания, здесь есть всё: от кухонной техники и пылесоса до посудомоечный таблеток и кофе. Хозяин реагирует мгновенно 24/7. Джакузи и гамак на огромной терассе прекрасны. Приветственные напитки и закуски тоже порадовали. Всё очень хорошо продумано для комфортного пребывания (даже зонт от солнца, переносной холодильник и надувной матрац в шкафу). Много всего ещё, не перечислить. Здесь писали про сложность парковки, но в действительности место всегда можно найти в пределах пятиминутной ходьбы.
