Great location of the building and within the building - down the hall from the ski lockers and just a flight of stairs to the hot tub. In the heart of the village so everything is walkable, including multiple ski lifts. The staff was great, from check-in to cleaning and even maintenance (quick fix of our fire place). They also provide robes which was surprisingly clutch for the hot tub and early mornings in front of the fire.
The pillows were entirely useless and there was no water filter.

The location to everything in the village was amazing. Being a corner unit provided a bit more space and extra sunlight. The humidifiers were a nice bonus to help deal with the dry air.
The washing machine was out of service which was inconvenient. The host did offer free laundry service though, which we used for linens. The key for the ski storage unit was very tricky to use, you may consider replacing.
