Charming 1 bedroom apartment in Sunny Beach

Для регистрации в апартаменты необходима личная встреча с представителем владельца. Кондиционер работал, но дул прямо на кровать и работал очень шумно (скрипел). С открытой дверью на балкон спать очень шумно. Очень темно в квартире - свет тусклый, ярче сделать невозможно, вечером сидишь в полумраке. Не было запаса туалетной бумаги.

Apartment with kitchenette (without oven though) and washing machine close to the beach. I think there are very few options of such apartments at a decent price and fully equipped so close to the beach. Building looks uglier than the inside of the apartment. 5th floor with a fast travelling elevator. The area is generally quiet, although you can hear some voices of people travelling in the nearby street at night especially in weekends. Air conditioning, washing machine, big enough refrigerator, kitchen, comfortable beds, decent storage spaces, small balcony. We only met the cleaning team which handed us the keys at arrival, but the owner is reachable through messaging and speaks good English. Blue zone parking with empty spaces near the building to get your luggage from and to the car. 4 levs/hour or free supposedly if someone in the car. Big parking nearby (Emona) with 25 levs/day in the high season. but I found a better offer at Parking George May between the hotels Andromeda and Flamingo and negotiated for 15 levs/day. We would definitely come again.

There was some water leaking from behind the toilet, looked clean but who knows... I had to put a rag there that absorbed the leakage. It wasn't leaking much so the rag remained there for all the stay. Otherwise the leakage would have went to the middle of the bathroom. Also, there was a little sewage smell in the bathroom, which you could feel especially if the door of the bathroom stayed closed for a long period of time. No internet access, but this is advertised. I haven't paid attention to this on booking, but we managed with the mobile network.
