Excellent location and easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit.
Unfortunately there was excessive noise from the surrounding property at times such as loud music and musical instruments. This made the stay less relaxing that we expected

Fun location in Southest near Ladd's addition. Around the corner from bakeries, breakfast, coffee shops and restaurants. A quick walk to food trucks. The place is soothing, pretty, very clean and bedding and towels are extra fresh. Good coffee setup and self catering amenities.

The host was accommodating and answered our requests/questions immediately. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean, except for some fingerprints on the refrigerator.
A week before our stay, we were asked to provide identification, such as a driver's license, sent via email, and also to pay either a $500 refundable deposit or an $80 nonrefundable deposit in case we damaged the apartment. We declined both. We heard everything the upstairs neighbor said and their footsteps. The living room rug had a large stain. We had two bath towels and one washcloth for two people over four days.
