Everything very comfortable and well maintained and great location and all details prior to arrival and whilst there very efficient

Would have liked bigger pool and maybe a games room in the garage as a suggestion but basically nothing to report that we didn’t like

We loved the location and the size of the house

On arrival we drove into garage and all the rubbish and dirty linen was just sitting at the door! I sent the team a message and said they will be around shortly to pick it up but they never showed up! The 3rd bathroom downstairs is a bit weird as you need to leave the house to access, which would be fine in summer! The fire alarm needs to be checked as it went off twice in the middle of the night for no reason, which is a bit scary to wake up to! For mid week winter $1300 is probably not worth it for one family but I am sure for 4 couples if sharing bathrooms it would be ok! Crazy that a security camera is allowed looking into the pool area which I am sure you can see into the dining and lounge area!

Beautifully fitted out house in good location for town.

Disappointed with bathroom arrangement where third (downstairs) bathroom could only be accessed from outside so occupants of downstairs bedroom had to go outside to access bathroom.
