Modern 2-3BR Apartments in Maarif - Balcony, AC & Private Parking

When we returned from Marrakech, the apartment was ready and available to us as scheduled. We also really appreciated the owner’s kind gesture of offering us a complimentary cleaning session. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the owner’s availability and thoughtfulness.

To make future stays even more comfortable, having a few spare bed sheets available would be a nice addition, allowing the bedding to be changed more easily between cleaning sessions. We also experienced an Internet outage during the last three days of our stay. The owner remained available and communicated with us throughout, trying to find a solution, although unfortunately the connection could not be restored before our departure.

The apartment was clean and met our expectations. The owners were very warm, welcoming, and helpful, especially with recommendations and local tips. We also really appreciated their kindness in keeping our luggage in their shop while we were in Marrakech. Clean towels were provided.

The only downside was that there were no spare bed sheets, and cleaning was not included in the price

Nous avons aimé l'appartement globalement, parking privé, sécurisé, confortable, adapté, spacieux et décoré avec bon goût. On aimerait y habiter et cest une adresse sur pour y retourner ( a garder dans son carnet)! Il y avait un problème avec la machine a laver, les hôtes ne m'ont pas laisser dans la galère ! Et on trouver directement une solution ce que jai vraiment beaucoup apprécié. Ps : climatisation au top!

Spaciousness of apartment

Pillows in all bedrooms were of poor standard and well past their use by date. Owner/host advised at 11.00pm that he had just purchased new pillows and would deliver them soon. We declined this offer as we were all tired after a long journey and wished to go to bed. Only fitted sheets were provided on the beds, with duvets (in covers) . Neither sheets nor duvet covers seemed to have been laundered prior to our arrival. We asked for, and received, top/flat sheets. Only one waste bin -- in bathroom -- for whole apartment, even no waste bin in the kitchen. We have become accustomed to basic amenities being provided on arrival -- like fresh bottled water in fridge, a small number of tea bags and coffee pods, paper towels, etc.
