W lokalu wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Pachniało i błyszczało czystością. Właścicielka dostępna i chętna do pomocy Aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony: lodówka, ekspres do kawy, czajnik, naczynia, kawa, herbata, wszystko dostępne. Cicho i spokojnie. Możliwość parkowania samochodu na terenie posesji.
