Loved the balcony. The whole place had a good vibe and comfortable atmosphere. Quiet, with some city traffic noise but dropped off near night time. All in all a very cool place. Would stay here again, and would recommend to others. Spent a day working, and the Wifi was strong and stable.
Parking is street parking, so free, but was a bit challenging to get spots right near the apartment. The bathroom is long and narrow, but functional, just ... "different"

The property states you will have a home to yourself, there is no indication that it is an apartment above a tattoo parlor. Our first night they had a party until 2:30am. Walls were vibrating from the music, overwhelming smell of marijuana, loud talking outside too.
