Our room was beautiful; the beds and pillows were comfortable; and we liked the color schemes (though not the paintings). Everything we needed was supplied so thank you! Your receptionist was great as well!
Obviously you still have some work to do on the exterior of the motel but overall the place was charming.

The location is great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is a nice little old school motel with a seasonal pool and a game room, a bit worn but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The front porch could be kept a little nicer. There is no smoking in the rooms, so any smokers just sit on the porch which had a number of ashtrays that needed cleaning.

Balcony area was tired looking, needed painting.
The room had slats broken and missing in the window blinds
