The property is a perfect location to Weir’s Beach. It is also a good base to get to other activities like the Cog railway and other activities in the area. It is close to restaurants and kid activities. Our timing was perfect for viewing the leaves in southern NH.
It is an older property and was a bit dark at night. The outside of the building needs some upkeep.

Incredible people who owns this quint place! The room was huge and very comfortable with a king size bed. Very original to have a door on each side so we could open the door and get a sweet breeze through the room. I’m shocked that this is not booked full every night. It is a bit old- but very well kept!! We HIGHLY recommend this place!!! If we ever come this way again- it’s a number one choice to stay! So cozy!! The shower curtain is adorable!
We liked every aspect of this place!!
