I liked the look and feel, it was just comfortable and cozy enough however I was let down a lot by the unsuccessful and weak WiFi connection.
1. Not enough towels provided. Only two large when but thought it should be 2 large 2 medium/small
2. No tea or coffee arrangement as it is usually set out.. was hard to feel more enjoyable..
3. Particularly hard to enjoy as we are used to tv entertainment.. WiFi was not working so even had to use my data till the next day.
4. The light was not working in the toilet
5. No water provided. Imagine my thirst lol..
