We were met at the property and had a great check in by the friendly owners. great communication with them.This was a perfect location with a variety of supermarkets and places to eat right on your doorstep and away from the more expensive tourist areas. Metro only 2 minutes away and was easy to use to get to the Vatican. We could walk to the Colosseum and Trevi from the property and saw some beautiful streets.
We arrived in a heat wave even for Rome standards but the air conditioning couldn’t cope at all especially for the main bedroom. Additional fans may help for these more extreme conditions. Also an additional mirror would be helpful outside of the bathroom.

Excellent location on a quiet street. Host was attentive and responded quickly. Rooms were large and clean and plenty of storage for clothes. Access to WiFi and one AC unit in the main living area. Nice large bathroom.
At least for us New Englanders in the states not accustomed to the heat, the AC unit worked well in the main living area but had a difficult time cooling the bedrooms. A fan for the bedrooms would have been nice. Just a small thing but the sheets didn’t fit the queen bed well.

We loved everything! The air conditioning worked great (it was 96 out), it was spacious for 4 people. The beds & sofa were comfortable. The bathroom is roomy. Plenty of luggage storage space. The building has a neat history. It’s located on a quaint cute safe street with many mini marts, gelato, some shopping & many quick or sit down food options. We took a golf cart tour that started a couple of doors away. A short walk from Termini or metro. Walkable to Colosseum! Go hang out there at night! The owners are VERY NICE & ACCOMMODATING- they treated us like family friends! A home way from home!

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome à pied et le métro est très proche pour aller au Vatican.
L’hôte est très avenante et disponible
La petite terrasse est sympa
Un léger manque de lumière lié au positionnement de l’immeuble en cour intérieure mais très gérable
