It was perfectly located for visiting my mum around the corner. No fuss and everything easy.

Convenient and comfortable

I've stayed at this property a few times now as it's convenient for me to get to. Its a simple yet cozy place, with all the basic needs for decent stay.

There's nothing to really dislike for the price. It provides everything you need for somewhere to stay for a night or 2.

The property suffered with bad mould and smelt really bad. The owner clearly knew as there was a dehumidifier and 4x air fresheners but naturally this didn’t disguise the issue. Location was fab and was clean

Comfortable enough

This is a small self-contained unit. It's basically a room, with a kitchen and a separate small bathroom. The bed was comfortable. It's a short-ish walk to the train station.

I found it a bit cramped and the table and chairs were uncomfortable. There were no shops very nearby.

The worst experience I have ever had with any deal anywhere

Please can I have my money back. I tried to change the booking once I realised that I had misunderstood the offer on the website. But the person who answered the Alf Ramsey phone said there was nothing he could do and that I had to get through to you. This proved impossible. You owe me £63.25

It was near to the town center and train station

The smell of smoke in the room it was obvious before it was rented out to booking.com someone heavily smoked in the bedsit, The Loud neighbors, it shabby and unkempt

A couple off meters from stadium

It was literally a couple off meters from the stadium. Phoned the property on the day & was given a key code so was simple to get in. They have all cutlery pots f/pan cooker hobs microwave kettle & more.

Only just worth the money. Do not bother.

Location and car parking right by the property. The shower was great. We did not cook anything so no comment. Bed comfortable and linen clean.

Poorly maintained. Very noisy from the road by the front door and football stadium announcements. There was a load of food in the fridge that we knew nothing about. TV: I could not work it out, I could get programmes I did not want but no BBC or ITV news. The toaster still had bread crumbs on its surface where toast is ejected, so it had not been cleaned. The PIN code for the door key box did not work, so I phoned the given number and had to leave a message. Fortunately we had a call back in 4 minutes. If I had to send an email, tough, I had no internet access so where would we have stayed?
