I stayed in this room in Islamabad. The bed was comfortable and the view was nice. However, there were some issues: hot water was not available, there were no spoons in the kitchen, and Netflix was not working on the TV. Overall, the charges felt a bit high compared to the facilities provided.

The building was awesome, secure and well maintained. Eatries ( tim Horton, 2nd Cup, KFC, McDonald's, Coffee bean tea leaf company and groceries in the surroundings were very convenient . I stayed in Gulberg Green as i had to attend an event nearby. The host was accommodative to allow late check in at 12.30am.
Walls outside wash rooms needed paint. No Tissue rolls in wash rooms. Tea whitner / milk was not available. Water bottles not available. Bedroom balcony was not clean. Cigarettes buts were found. One of hand shower was broken. Cloths iron was not available in the room. Sofa upholstery needed cleaning. Bed sheets quality was average.
