Location was excellent, good size unit and secure parking in a separate lock up garage in a secure undercover parking facility at the unit complex.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable, and well stocked with items which made us feel at home! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware etc. Laundry facilities were great and the inclusion of individual laundry detergent packets was very thoughtful. Location was great - within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and the beach. It is located on the main thoroughfare through Forster so the traffic was quite noisy, but in saying that we didn't have any trouble sleeping at night! Some cleaning equipment was available to use, which helped keep the sand at bay after visiting the beach.

The only cons for us were the small hot water system which struggled to keep up with demand from two adults and a small child, and the DVD player on the TV in the second bedroom did not work but these were minor things in the scheme of things. The underground garage was unusable for us in terms of parking. There was no way we could manoeuvre a vehicle into the space with the layout of it so we did have to park in the off-street parking, then onto the street when there were no spaces available there. Not a deal breaker for us by any means, but worth noting if you're looking for secure parking as an inclusion. Overall, we were super happy with the accommodation and would likely stay again in the future!

Cobwebs everywhere, windows not clean and floors were sticky and balcony floor was dirty. Sliding door to balcony very hard to open and stuck alot. Lounge not comfy and a cockroach in the bedroom.
