立地的には、サザンビーチに近く、ビーチ周辺の飲食店、コンビニも利用しやすかったです。設備は普通の自宅にあるような物が揃っており、ホテルと言うよりは、別荘のような感覚で利用できました。我が家は家族4人で利用させていただきましたが、家族で利用するには立地、設備を含めコスパの良い施設でした。駐車場も目の前にあり、荷物が多くても出し入れしやすかったです。
トイレにウォシュレットが無かった点が残念でした。

ホストの方が丁寧でとても気持ちの良い方でした。
サザンビーチからも近くて、アメニティも揃っていて助かりました！
チェックインが16時からなのでもう少し早くできるとありがたいです。あと夏なのでエアコンない部屋が暑かったです。

Excellent location next to the beach, the beach is great with powder black sand. Bigger waves - better for surfers. Beach is quite not many people. Also walking distance to train station. So many amenities are provided.small balcony for drying clothes.
