小樽駅からはちょっと離れていて、坂の上にあるので、スーツケースを持って歩くのは大変でした。坂の上の細い路地の突き当たりにたつ、高い建物なので、見えるのになかなか辿りつかないという印象でした。でも繁華街に近く、坂を下ればすぐにお店があって、運河までも歩いて行けます。部屋は清潔で静かです。9階からの眺めはよく、長期滞在してベランダでゆっくり寛ぎたいと思いました。
きつい坂の上にあるので、たどり着くのに息が切れます。エアコンが1台なので、リビングはいいのですが、隣接するベッドルームに冷気が届かず、ちょっと寝苦しかったです。

周りの音は静かで景色も良かった。
民泊不慣れな私達にしたら、しっかりした説明が欲しい。電話対応してくれた人が外国の方であまり日本語がわからない方だったので 意思の疎通がとれず、相手が伝えたい意図とこちらが聞き出したい事と噛み合わずストレスでした。
