Perfect place to relax , Host was really good and effective communocation . I enjoyed my stay

O apartamento que fomos acomodados era diferente do reservado. Ao chegarmos no endereço indicado na reserva a recepcionista do prédio nos informou que não havia nenhuma reserva para aquele local. Foi um susto enorme. Achamos que tínhamos caído em um golpe. Porém, conseguimos descobrir o WhatsApp do proprietário no booking e este nos informou que o apartamento que iríamos ficar seria em outro endereço. Fomos na chuva para p outro endereço. foi um transtorno terem feito essa mudança.

I only liked the location

The overall condition of the property needs more attention especially bathrooms and also the Bedroom TV. The bed mattress wasn’t good (actually I’m suffering back pain sleeping on such mattress) the pillows were very bad. The iron table was in very bad condition. Also the iron and hair dryer were obsolete. Also, they supplied sample size shampoos and conditioner but nothing else like all other properties we have stayed in where there were always welcome baskets of fruit, tea, coffee, sugar and sometimes cookies. Parking was used by another car and we been forced to use the visitor parking till they cleared it. No body to meet us or explain anything. Last minute change of the property (although the new one was bigger). Very early check out 11:00 am and no place to keep our luggage except after we asked and kept it in the office
