I love that the area what gated, felt secure and safe. The villa was tidy, I love the rules, with many people at the address everyone showed respect and kindness. I enjoyed the location and access to kitchen and washer etc as well as the pool and patio, private bathroom and cozy room, the host was accommodating to me arriving earlier then check in and leaving later then check out. 10 out of 10 stars xxx

Location and the responsiveness of the owner when I needed assistance
Noise from other room very disturbing all hours of the day especially at 1:30 a.m. and 5 a.m. Sheets were washed but showed many stains due to wear. Bed was not comfortable. No towels upon arrival but owner had new towels, new sheets and toilet paper delivered for me several hours after arrival. I didn't feel safe because the garage door was always open and the front door was usually not locked. The carpet needed to be replaced it was old and matted. The worst part is 12 bedrooms but only 4 parking spaces. All guests not assigned a parking space had to walk 20 minutes to the clubhouse were parking was available. The two parking lots closer to the home were always full. The long term Lyft driver guest offered to provide a ride for a fee but his car was not clean which was evident by a foul smell. I left 9 days early even though I was paid in full. It's best for a long term place for people who are down and out or homeless with income to pay.
